domestic violence

What is domestic and how does it affect the victims and their children?

The mission of the North Central Indiana Rural Crisis Center is to help end domestic violence in Jasper, Newton, and Pulaski counties by providing temporary shelter and services to victims and children of domestic violence and/or sexual assault through education, advocacy, and community intervention.  We strive to build a community of hope by empowering victims to “break the silence” of violence.  Our motto is, Turning victims into survivors, helplessness into hope”.
